Use the tools described here to make changes to the items currently in your playlist. These items are offered as buttons along the left edge of the Playlist pane, and in the Edit and View menus at the top of the Playlist pane.
Rename: Rename the currently selected playlist item.
Move Item Up: Move the currently selected playlist item upward in the listing.
! You can also use your mouse to click and drag items upward and downward within the playlist to rearrange them.
Move Item Down: Move the currently selected playlist item downward in the listing.
Cut: Remove the selected playlist item from the listing, placing the information into the clipboard for later pasting.
Copy: Copy the selected playlist item in the listing, placing the information into the clipboard for later pasting.
Paste: Paste the cut or copied item into the listing.
Enable All: Turn on items in the current playlist. A pop-up menu offers your choices: enable all of the items, or all of the items above the currently-selected item, or all of the items below the currently-selected item. An item is enabled if it is checked. An item is disabled if un-checked.
Disable All: Turn off items in the current playlist. A pop-up menu offers the choices: disable all of the items, or all of the items above the currently-selected item, or all of the items below the currently-selected item. An item is disabled if un-checked.
Delete Item: Remove the currently selected playlist item.
Clear: Remove all of the items from the current playlist.
- If necessary, open the existing playlist to be edited.
- Use the buttons along the left edge of the Playlist pane or the menus along the top, to perform the editing operation(s).
- Save the playlist when your editing changes are complete.
- Use the Playlist's File | Export Summary Report menu option to list the current playlist items in an RTF (Rich Text Format) file for display in Microsoft Word.
