Tutorial: Introduction to the Borehole Manager

The Borehole Manager is one of three main data panes in RockWorks. It is designed for entering the downhole data for multiple boreholes. The data is entered into a series of mini-tables, which contain fields for its specific type of data. For example, lithologic descriptions are entered into the "Lithology" data table, and downhole geophysical data that has been sampled at depth points would be entered into the "P-Data" data table.

The borehole data is stored in the project folder in a SQLite database file. The SqLite file always has the same name as the project folder. (Support for SQL Server databases is available in RockWorks Advanced.)
