Change the Size of the 3D View Pane

Follow these steps to change the size of the RockPlot3D View pane, in which the 3D image is displayed.

Step-by-Step Summary

  1. Position the pointer on the boundary line between the View pane and the Data pane. It will change shape to a double-arrow.

  2. Click and hold the left mouse button, and drag the boundary line to the right or left, to increase or decrease the relative size of the View pane.
  3. Release the mouse button when the pane is sized to your satisfaction.

Use this process in conjunction with standard Windows window-resizing methods to adjust the size of the entire RockPlot3D window and the panes within it.

! This is important, because the print and export tools base the output image on the overall size of the View pane.
