If you have saved a log plot on disk, as an .LPT8 file, it is possible to re-open it into a LogView window for viewing, exporting, and printing.
Because log scaling, continuous versus page-break, page headers and footers, margins, and page size and paper orientation (landscape versus portrait) are stored in the LPT8 file, these files should look the same when re-opened as they did when originally created.
! Because of this different file structure, LogPlot8 cannot open LPT files created in earlier versions of the program.
LogPlot will open the graphic log in a new tab in the program window. The stick-up tab will be labeled with the file name.
LogPlot will open the graphic logs and display each in a new, stick-up tab in the program window, labeled with the file name.
The program will plot the first page of the log on the screen. You may use the scroll bars on the side of the View window to view hidden portions of this page, or to advance to subsequent pages of the log, if any. The current page, and total number of pages is displayed in the Reference Bar at the bottom of the View window.
