Add, Delete, and Rename Edit-Text Entries

Edit-Text datasheets are used to enter the text to be plotted in the changeable text fields in the log header and footer.

The LogPlot Data Editor's Data menu, and its right-click pop-up menu, offer the following tools for adding, deleting, and renaming rows in Edit-Text datasheets.

  1. Click on the tab of the Edit Text datasheet to be modified to make it active.
  2. Select the Data | Add an Edit Text Entry menu option, or right-click in any of the datasheet's cells and select Add an Edit Text Entry.
  3. Type in the name for the Edit Text item. This must match, character-for-character, the name that is assigned to the corresponding item in the log design. The match is not case-sensitive.
