This menu item is a toggle setting. When checked (on), RockWorks will hide boreholes which are not enabled - they will not be listed in the Borehole list in the Borehole Manager window. They will not be deleted from the database, just hidden from view.
To re-display the holes, just select the Hide Disabled Boreholes menu option again, to toggle it off, and the holes will again be visible in the borehole list.
