Widening Columns

Step-by-Step Summary

If there is more data stored within a column than is displayed on the screen, follow these steps to widen the column:

1. Position the mouse in the heading of the column, along the column boundary. The pointer will change shape:  <-||-> 
2. At this time, depress the mouse button, drag the column boundary to the desired location, and release the mouse button.

Or, to optimize the widths for all of the columns:

• Click the Optimize Column Widths button in the toolbar to the left of the Utilities datasheet. Or...
• Select the View | Optimize menu option.
