Contacting RockWare

If you have purchased a license for LogPlot, follow these steps to obtain your Unlocking Code:

• Option 1: RockWare Customer Portal
  • Visit the RockWare Customer Portal.
  • Log in, if you have created an account, with your user name and password.
    Or, create an account if you have not already. You will need your license Registration Number and email.
  • When you are logged in, locate the Registration Number of the license you wish to unlock.
  • Click the Unlock button to the right.
  • Choose the type of unlock request you are submitting - first time (maintenance renewal) or license transfer.
  • Enter the Installation Number you see on the licensing screen in LogPlot.
  • Click the Unlock button.
  • The Portal will calculate the unlocking code (it take a moment) and displays it in the browser window.
  • Enter that unlocking code into the licensing window.

• Option 2: RockWare Register and Unlock Form
  • Visit: The RockWare Register and Unlock form on our website.
  • Enter:
    Contact Information: Your details.
    Product Information: Choose LogPlot, and enter your license Registration Number.
    Unlocking Information: Check the "I am requesting an unlocking code" box. Enter the Installation Number you see on the LogPlot screen. Select your Reason for Unlocking.
    Marketing Information: Answer these questions, if so inclined. (They are helpful for us!)
  • RockWare will reply by email within one business day with the unlocking code.

If you are evaluating LogPlot, you may be able to obtain a Trialware Extension Code; follow these steps:

• Visit: The RockWare Register and Unlock form on our website.
• Enter:
  Contact Information: Your details.
  Product Information: Choose LogPlot, and enter "Demo" for the Registration #.
  Unlocking Information: Check the "I am requesting an unlocking code" box. Enter "Demo" for the Installation Number. For Reason for Unlocking choose Other and enter "Extension Code".
  Marketing Information: These questions are optional but helpful to us.

To obtain a license Reset Code, follow these steps:

• Visit: The RockWare Register and Unlock form on our website.
• Enter:
  Contact Information: Your details.
  Product Information: Choose LogPlot, and enter your Registration Number (if you have a license) or "Demo" (if you are using the trial).
  Unlocking Information: Check the "I am requesting an unlocking code" box. Enter the Installation Number. For Reason for Unlocking choose Reset Code.
